STHM-3384 4 In 1 RF SDI Modulator is a combination device, it integrated real-time HD hardware encoders, and DVB-T/C/ASTC/ISDB-T modulation with a managed program stream multiplexer.
Each chassis can encode up to 4 channels of HD-SDI video to MPEG-2 or H.264 and modulate the programs on up to 4 QAM or 4 RF of DVB-T, ISDB-T, and ISDB-T carrier outputs. In addition to the encoded programs, the unit can also modulate programs encoded externally via an ASI input.
The HD SDI signals source could be from satellite receivers, closed-circuit television cameras, Blu-ray players, antennae, etc. its output signal is to be received by a DVB-T standard TV, DVB-T STB.
The RF modulator can be used in public places such as the metro, market hall, theatres, hotels, resorts, etc for advertising. It also can be used for monitoring, training, and educating in companies, schools, campuses, and hospitals… besides that it’s a good choice for bars to offer HD sports channels, VIP entertainment channels, and more.
The most notable is STHM-3384 reduces the time delay between video input and encoded program output by more than 10 times.
